Prepared with Brazil's LGPD privacy framework in mind.
Poop Square is a community app for rating public restrooms. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We never receive your Google password.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or commercial resale.
We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the app:
Photos submitted in reviews are stored in Supabase Storage and may be publicly visible inside the app. Photos from rejected reviews may be removed periodically. When a review is deleted, related photos are also removed.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data.
To exercise these rights, contact us at contato@poopsquare.com.br.
We keep your data while your account is active. After an account deletion request, data is removed within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
We use session cookies for authentication and localStorage/IndexedDB for offline support and app preferences. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
We use technical safeguards such as HTTPS, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and database access controls. No system is 100% secure; if a security incident occurs, we will notify affected users when required.
Poop Square is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we identify such an account, it will be closed.
