By accessing or using Poop Square, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Poop Square is a community platform for finding, rating, and sharing information about public and semi-public restrooms. Reviews and place information are created by users and do not represent a guarantee from Poop Square.

3. User Account

App access uses Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your Google account secure;
• All activity performed through your Poop Square account;
• Providing truthful profile information.

4. User Content

When submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm that:

• The content is truthful and based on real experience;
• You have the rights to any photos you upload;
• The content does not violate third-party rights;
• The content is not offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.

By publishing content, you grant Poop Square a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it inside the platform.

5. Moderation

Poop Square may review, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or is considered inappropriate, at any time and without prior notice. Reviews may go through moderation before publication.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Publish false or misleading reviews;
• List private residential addresses as public places;
• Harass, defame, or threaten other users;
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• Bypass security or moderation systems;
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Poop Square is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of user-submitted information. Use the information as a reference, not as a guarantee.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Maps for maps and geolocation. Use of these features is subject to the Google Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
